Facility Request

The Doolittle Institute offers teams the opportunity to solve problems through collaboration. If you work for or with the Department of Defense and are interested in scheduling an event at the Doolittle Institute, please fill out our reservation form below. Reservation requests will be scheduled based on occupancy requirements and room availability. The Reservation Coordinator will review your request and contact you regarding approval/disapproval. Allow two business days for the review.

Our operating hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays.

The use of the state-of-the-art facility will be reviewed, prioritized, and scheduled as promptly as possible.

  • All reservations must be made using the web portal. No reservations are “Booked” until you receive written confirmation, and any required invoices are paid.
  • All requests are subject to rental fees at the discretion of the Doolittle Institute Director.
    • Room rental payments are due within fifteen (15) business days of written reservation confirmation.
    • Failure to pay the invoice within 15 business days may result in the reservation being canceled.
  • All reservations are subject to cancellation (with full refunds) in the event of a high-priority PIA event at the discretion of the Doolittle Institute Director.
