AFRL Munitions Directorate (AFRL/RW or “RW”) is the sole funding source for the facility and has the highest priority for use of the facility. All non-Department of Defense (DOD) requests must have a direct or indirect benefit to AFRL. When requirements dictate, the AFRL/RW program manager retains the ability to deny requests or bump non-AFRL users.
